Arlo is an Editor / Director.
12th of Azar 1379 (Dec 2nd, 2000) almost 4 am, in Kasra Hospital in Karaj (a city next to the capital of Iran) nurses brought him to this world. His parents named him Amir.
Son of an architect dad and a lawyer mom, Amir grew up spending his weekdays in Karaj and weekends in Khurvin — his hometown village, where all his family lived for years — in his grandma's cottage.

Look at this guy. Amir was just extra. Hyper, full of energy, and as most of his friends say: "full of empathy"
Maybe the important thing about this video is not him making noises. But rather his mom (who is recording EVERYTHING).

Arlo graduated (with Honours, *yeah I put it here) from the George Brown College Video Production program.

He explored every aspect of filmmaking and videography.

"Writer's Block" was Arlo's 1st cinematic try to achieve what he always had in mind: multiple styles of cinematography within one story.
Arlo wrote, pitched, directed, and edited this piece as part of his college assignments.
* Shout out to Jaidren and Attila for assisting him while filming.
When "Last Hug" hit 10k views on YouTube, Arlo thought there was a glitch in the system.
"Last Hug" is one of his favorite works in George Brown, since he fought hard to bring it to life in the 2nd semester after his crew canceled at the last minute.
"Last Hug" hit 80k within 3 weeks.

This piece helps to get to know Arlo more and his love for local and authentic storytelling.
He believes real life happens around us and real heroes are not necessarily on TV.
